You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Non-returnable items include clearance items or products damaged through misuse.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
